When will you be on time?
Everytime you appear 10 minutes after the siege is over. Or even better, you and your crew float somewhere with the big ship, not moving, doing nothing.
Hint to the newbie Aion developers: you forgot to change the maximum value of the balaur carrier siege timer from 2 hours to 1 hour. (2hours is the default setting of aion in it's first days when siege lasted 2 hours)
